Find out about these and other meaningful ways to make a difference through the power of volunteering when you join HandsOn Twin Cities on Saturday, February 27th from 10a.m.-3p.m. at Mall of America for the 11th  annual HandsOn Twin Cities Volunteer Expo. Find the perfect volunteer project for you, your family, or your group. Choose from one-time projects or longer-term commitments. You’ll find it all at the Volunteer Expo!

This year, 85 area non-profit organizations will be at the Expo. Visit with their representatives and find out how you can get involved in a good cause and benefit your community.

 

DSC_0044Throughout the event, Expo-goers also have the option to participate in 10 “speed volunteering” activities and attend the Be the Change Awards Ceremony, both located in the Rotunda. Be the Change awards will be given to volunteers who have shown exemplary service and commitment in the areas of: Youth and Education and Economy/Basic Needs. Be the Change award winners will be introduced at 1:00 pm on the Rotunda stage. Be the first to meet this year’s winners!

Come check out the Expo and get involved in your community! This year, we also have a twitter contest going on. Every hour, the best tweet/photo using the event hashtag #HOTCExpo16 will be chosen for a prize! Don’t miss the largest volunteer fair in Minnesota.
